WE ARE GOING DIGITAL!

    In a continuing effort to provide the best possible care to our patients we have recently switched to digital radiography.  Digital dental xrays are much faster, safer, and more comfortable for you the patient.

HOW IT WORKS

   The process is very similar to tradtional xrays except a small sensor is placed in your mouth instead of film.  The sensor is connected by a thin wire to a computer.  You and Dr. Amstadt can view the radiograph immediately.  This sensor is significantly more sensitive than traditional film so your exposure to xrays is reduced by well over 50%.
